FIXED MINDSET vs GROWTH MINDSET
We think a Growth Mindset is better than a Fixed Mindset. A person with a Fixed Mindset is always thinking negative for example their always avoiding challenges but on the other hand, people with a Growth Mindset embrace challenges and their always trying. Some people might think a Fixed Mindset is better than Growth Mindset because they believe avoiding challenges is avoiding setbacks. How that might be true "What's going on inside" sees challenges as a way to grow and become stronger.
